As a daily tonic, take 2 full squeezes of the dropper in a little water, up to 4x daily?

To prep for allergy season, start daily doses a month or two in advance.

For in-the-moment support, take 1-5 squeezes as needed?

Due to the inclusion of Astragalus (a preventative tonic vs a first responder), pause use of this tincture when you're in the midst of an acute infection and resume once it clears up.

Do not take Astragalus alongside immune suppressing medications.

I love my primal sap <3 I have terrible allergies pretty much year round (congestion and itchy throat), and taking primal sap twice a day has helped so much. When I miss a dose I really notice it. It has also rly helped with my fatigue. Highly recommend!!!
